Ika Greens (that’s us!)

We are growing into our 3-acre farm located in Moapa Valley. We focus on fresh greens and herbs, including microgreens. Our farm features water-smart and sustainable hydroponic (and soon) aquaponic systems, a seasonal hoop house where we grow in soil, and space for better-than-free-range chickens that provide us with the freshest eggs.

Our mobile kitchen (aka the "Farm-to-Food-Truck") gives us a space to transform our product, and seasonal fruits and vegetables we procure from other local and regional small farms, into ready-to-eat specialties including:

Blue Lizard Farm

Grown in Caliente, NV. Blue Lizard Farm has the best salad mixes, spinach, radishes, salad turnips, beets, carrots, and tomatoes seasonally. Enjoy flavorsome tomatoes in the peak of summer and the best greens you’ve ever had in the spring and fall.
