Ika Greens (that’s us!)

• We are growing into our 3-acre farm located in Moapa Valley. We focus on fresh greens and herbs, including microgreens. Our farm features water-smart and sustainable hydroponic (and soon) aquaponic systems, a seasonal hoop house where we grow in soil, and space for better-than-free-range chickens that provide us with the freshest eggs.

• Our mobile kitchen (aka the "Farm-to-Food-Truck") gives us a space to transform our product, and seasonal fruits and vegetables we procure from other local and regional small farms, into ready-to-eat specialties including:

  • Fresh-made salads

  • Seasonal soups

  • Vinaigrettes and dressings

  • Hummus and dips

  • Ready-to-eat meals

  • Artisanal popsicles and ice creams

• We offer weekly subscription boxes (COMING SOON!) for produce and meals

Blue Lizard Farm

• Grown in Caliente, NV. Blue Lizard Farm has the best salad mixes, spinach, radishes, salad turnips, beets, carrots, and tomatoes seasonally. Enjoy flavorsome tomatoes in the peak of summer and the best greens you’ve ever had in the spring and fall.

Lost City Mushrooms 

• Grown at our Moapa property by our partner Lost City Mushrooms,  special gourmet mushrooms are available weekly, including:

• Lion’s Mane, Blue Oyster, King Oyster, and more!

Cherry Hills Farm

• Grown in Hurricane, UT. Ripe and flavorful peaches and other stone fruit all summer long! As well as Apples and Pears in the Fall.

Littlefield Farm

• Watermelon and cantaloupe picked at the peak of freshness in Littlefield, AZ.

The Flatnose Ranch

• Watermelon (late summer), Pumpkins, and Seasonal Vegetables grown in Pioche, NV.

Sky Ranch

• Seasonal Herbs and Vegetables grown in Logandale, NV.​
