About Us

Ika Greens started as a small family farm in Moapa, NV. We grow greens and other vegetables in the desert using a variety of water-smart growing techniques, including aquaponics, hydroponics, vertical farming, and microgreens, alongside select crops that are still grown in soil.

Our goal is to provide fresh, local, sustainably produced vegetables year-round, and make it easy for people to eat more greens every day.

We love to work with other local and regional farmers to provide produce to our community that we are not able to grow on our farm. At the markets that we attend, we sell greens grown at our farm in Moapa alongside other seasonal produce that we source as locally and regionally as possible from other farmers and through a small distributor in Las Vegas. We bring in this extra produce so that we are able to offer a larger variety to our customers, who appreciate the quality and variety we are able to supply in addition to what we are able to grow.

In our new retail space, we will be able to reach out to more farmers and bring in more seasonal produce to offer our community.
